You’re walking on the remnants of Mount St. Helens when you play the Three Rivers Golf Course (above) in Kelso. Constructed of dredge spoils from the 1980 eruptions, Three Rivers is one of the best-draining courses in the region. In Longview, the Mint Valley Golf Course prides itself on greens that are always fast and in great condition and features a six-hole par three in addition to its 18-hole par 71 layout. Just east of Woodland, the Lewis River Golf Course offers a lush setting with river frontage and tree-lined fairways that will test the skill of any golfer.
